Studio Rio is an 110m2 metallic structure situated in Rion, one of Patras’ most beautiful seaside suburbs. Built in 2004 and decorated to host guests in 2015 , it is surrounded by a beautiful garden

The minimal design, by the award winning architectural office Divercity, with large openings, metal and wood makes the property a unique destination . The studio’s windows overlook the well kept garden and there is access to a tennis court . Free and safe parking is available in the premises.

The house is located 1.5 km from the University of Patras and the University Hospital of Rio, 50 meters away from the suburban railway stop. The closest organised beach is at 300 meters.

The apartment has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one single open space that consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa-bed, a sleeping area with a king-size bed and one full bathroom .
