All early check-in and late check-out requests must be approved in advance and confirmed in writing by our team, and are subject to availability.

We have a parking space available for rent at $5/day. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like to reserve it.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed if smoking is confirmed or if lingering smoke odors are detected.

Overall, this was a decent place to stay and I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars. The location was great and made it easy to enjoy downtown and the surrounding attractions. The unit was relatively clean and had everything we needed for our stay.There were a few maintenance items that could use some attention. The shower was beginning to show mildew on the caulk, the shower head was loose, and the toilet seat also needed to be tightened. None of these were major issues, but they did detract from the overall experience.My biggest disappointment was that it wasn’t made clear in the listing that the unit is on the top floor of a three-story building with no elevator. Carrying luggage for a family of four up and down four flights of stairs was a challenge. If you’re in your 20s, it may not be a big deal, but for those of us over 50, this is definitely something we’d want to know before booking. I don’t mind the stairs, but I do think that detail should be clearly disclosed so guests can make an informed decision.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. With a few minor maintenance fixes and better disclosure about the stairs, this would easily be a stronger rental.
