Summary:

Located minutes from Downtown, Broadway, The Gulch, and 12 South, this spacious retreat offers multiple outdoor dining areas, a wet bar, and stylish interiors—including a Dolly Parton mural. Ideal for groups wanting space, views, and easy access to Nashville’s top attractions.
The Space:
This Huge home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a game room, massive double rooftop decks, 2 outdoor dining areas with absolutely incredible views of Downtown Nashville, a 4th floor wet bar adjacent to the rooftop and an awesome mural of Dolly Parton! Centrally located and a short $5-10 Uber ride to hotspots such as Broadway, The Gulch, 12 South, Bridgestone Arena & Nissan Stadium, this place is perfect for groups of all ages, large and small.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

The house was in a good location for us. The proximities to "things" were accurately represented. The bedroom set up was well represented. It was great to have a bathroom connected to each bedroom! The game room was fun! Towels were good quality. My son-in-law described the house as, "very vertical". There are a lot of stairs and made for a great workout. We had 2 under 2, so we rented baby gates for safety. The kitchen utensils were adequate, but the pans were very small and need to be bigger for a group of 12. A few things were in disrepair, but nothing we couldn't work around. We stay in VRBOs a few times a year and would book with this host again.

My husband and I own a VRBO and take feedback seriously as we want our guests to have the best stay/ experience that we can provide. The pictures make it look wonderful for a group and the place has so much potential to be amazing. We rented a larger place to accommodate our family group thinking it would be good quality. We were disappointed when we arrived. A few things that stood out that were not fabulous. When you walk in- the place smells of stale beer- it was awfulThe floors were filthy- they need a deep clean- our feet were literally black or socks were literally black from walking on floor- not sure floor has been washed. The counters needed a good clean- they were sticky and dirtyThe furniture is very cheap qualityPillows were flat as could be- minimal beddingNo pillow protectors or mattress pads- just gross- these are a must at our VRBO by the rental companySpare mattresses in the closet are disgusting with stains and hairWater pressure is a trinkleThe upper deck is a fantastic place for the group to hang out- the furniture up there was broken and the cushions were all ripped and stained. (furniture was quite gross)The spindles going to upper deck are missing/ breaking (safety)The tables on both decks were dirty and not wiped downNot enough dishes for the number of people the place sleepsThe fans in the rooms were covered with dustThe ceiling corners covered with cobwebsFloor vents rustedNeeds a deep clean and updated furniture
