The Space:
SNOWSHOE VILLAGE IS A NON-SMOKING COMMUNITY
Welcome to this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo in peaceful Snowshoe Village—just steps from the Navajo Ski Lodge. With space for up to 5 guests and a private entrance, it’s the perfect year-round mountain getaway.
Inside, the master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the loft offers another queen bed, a TV/DVD player, and an upper loft (1) twin & (1) single bed—great for kids. The living area has warm wood accents, an electric fireplace, and a 42" TV with cable for relaxing nights in.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dining table, and bar seating. Enjoy mountain views from the private deck—ideal for morning coffee or grilling in warmer months.
Note: During winter, ice can accumulate on the deck, and some areas may be marked off-limits for safety.

Important Winter Info:
UT law requires 4WD/AWD with 2 snow-rated tires or chains. Snow plowing begins after 6" of snowfall (usually mid-November); delays may occur during storms.

Please place all trash in the dumpster before checkout. Nothing may be left outside—community fines may apply.

Guest Access:
Please note: During snow season, guests must arrive with steel chains and/or a 4WD/AWD vehicle. If you become stuck and require plowing assistance, a $250 fee will be charged.
You will find two parking passes on the kitchen counter. These must be displayed on the driver’s side dashboard at all times during winter. A $250 fee will be applied if the passes are not in the vehicle.
