Perched above the white sands of Dutchman’s Beach, Dutchies Getaway is a refined coastal home designed to embrace the view at every turn. From the moment you enter, the horizon unfolds before you — endless blue water, treetop silhouettes and the gentle rhythm of the bay below.
Thoughtfully designed across two generous levels, the home embodies relaxed coastal elegance. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space forms the heart of the residence, anchored by a statement dining table for ten — perfectly positioned for long dinners as the sun sets across the water.
Seamless indoor–outdoor flow leads to the expansive entertainer’s balcony with BBQ, while a pathway from the base of the property delivers you directly to the sands of Dutchies within moments.
Upstairs, the private king master retreat offers elevated tranquillity. Downstairs, four king-zip bedrooms and a second lounge provide flexibility for extended families or two groups travelling together — allowing space to gather, and space to retreat. One of these rooms has a sofa bed.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults & 2 children. The sofa bed that will be added to accommodate 2 children ($100), total maximum guest 12.
BED CONFIGURATION - Please select which option will best suit your group
Option 1: 1 King, 8 long single.
Option 2: 2 King, 6 long single.
Option 3: 3 King, 4 long single.
Option 4: 4 King, 2 long single.
Option 5: 5 King
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen, doonas and pillows are also supplied.
Additional costs when booking;
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towel, and linen hire (children only)
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
BOND - $1500 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
SECURITY CAMERAS - For security purposes, this property is fitted with external security camera
All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification
CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

Dutchies Retreat was just perfect for our crew. Having the flexibility of twin or king beds in each room was ideal. The house is so beautiful and well appointed and there were separate areas to hang out in, which worked well for people trying to keep up with work also. It was lovely and clean and having the beach on the doorstep was a bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect family vacation property, with lovely outlook to Dutchies Beach and access to the walking path. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!
