Welcome to Fairways at the Bay, a spacious seven-bedroom luxury retreat overlooking the beautifully manicured fairways of Nelson Bay Golf Club. Designed for families, couples and multi-generational holidays, this impressive home brings everyone together with generous living spaces, exceptional outdoor entertaining and a peaceful setting close to everything that makes Port Stephens so special.
From the moment you arrive, the outlook sets the scene. The expansive outdoor deck takes full advantage of the sweeping green golf course views and features an outstanding outdoor setting where you can settle in for long lunches, sunset drinks or relaxed evenings with family and friends. It is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach, on the golf course or exploring the coastline.
The heated swimming pool adds another level of holiday enjoyment, with an adjoining shallow spa-style section that is ideal for younger children to splash and play. Please note that this area is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
Inside, the home offers an incredible amount of space for larger groups to spread out and relax. There are six beautifully appointed bedrooms plus an additional single bedroom along with multiple living areas that allow everyone to enjoy the holiday at their own pace.
For evenings at home, gather around the pool table and bar area or simply enjoy the opportunity to reconnect and unwind. Whether the children are entertaining themselves, the adults are sharing a drink, or everyone comes together for dinner, Fairways at the Bay has been created for memorable group holidays.

Located in a quiet residential street, Fairways at the Bay is best suited to respectful family groups and couples looking for a relaxing getaway. It is not suitable for parties, loud gatherings or noisy golf groups.
With Nelson Bay's beaches, marina, cafés, restaurants, golf course and spectacular Port Stephens attractions all within easy reach, the home provides the perfect base for enjoying the region while still offering plenty of reasons to stay in.
PARKING - Please note that the garage is not available for guest use; however, ample off-street parking is provided, with sufficient driveway space to accommodate a trailer boat.
PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR – Groups over the age of 25 and/or family groups only.
ACCOMMODATES A MAXIMUM 10 ADULTS – Up to 10 adults and 3 children. Total 13 guests.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
2 x King x 4 Queen x 1 Single
LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.
Extra costs you can select when booking:
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.
BOND - $2000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
SECURITY CAMERAS - For security purposes, this property is fitted with external security cameras
All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification
CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to our full terms and conditions. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.
NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
