About this house rental
Whether you're planning a Spring Training getaway or a golf trip in the Arizona sun, you'll know you're in just the right place at this home in Peoria. There's enough space for the entire family to unwind after a day of desert fun, with a private swimming pool and a shaded terrace awaiting you out back. As you step inside this two-story home, you'll be greeted by central air-conditioning, an abundance of sunlight, and ceilings that soar up to the second floor. There are two spacious living rooms that connect to each other with a pass-through window - the first offering leather seating and a dining room table, and the second featuring plush seating, a streaming-capable TV, and an open view of the eat-in kitchen. There you'll find every essential appliance (including a double-drawer, French-door refrigerator) and a breakfast table for four. Just outside the back door is a shaded outdoor lounge space where you can sip cold drinks as the kids take a dip in the pool. At night, there's one bedroom with its own en suite bathroom on the ground floor. Heading upstairs, you'll find a designated workspace on the landing (the perfect place to log into the high-speed WiFi) and four more bedrooms. One of these is an expansive primary suite that features its own private bathroom with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and dual vanities. The fifth bedroom has a daybed with a trundle. This lovely, family-oriented home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood is the perfect getaway for your next family vacation.
THINGS TO KNOW The pool is unheated. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

The house was nice and large. Everything was “just fine” but the room furnishings could use an upgrade… no king bed in master, no reading lamps by bedside (little things..) The queen bed was adequate for my wife and I but typically expect a king at least in master. Lots of room and great otherwise. I selected the property because it had a pool with a hit tub. However the pool had a note that in order for it to be heated you needed to provide 72 hrs advance notice for any heat including the hot tub so the main reason for selecting the property wasn’t available for use.

Beautiful properrty and house. Its just as the photos and desscription says. Its close to alm the ammenitiez of the city but far enough out to avoid all the traffic. Only thing we wish there was more information on attractions around the area. Maybe a bluetooth speaker on the patio.

Beautiful home, very spacious! Clean, great pool, and plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We definitely plan to return. The hosts did a great job of communicating and responded quickly to any questions. Thank you!

When looking for properties I was looking for heated pools this one popped out the pool was not heated it claims no pets allowed there was animal hair in the master bedroom upstairs a lot of blonde hair in the restroom dirty mats had to use the bath towels as mats, The neighbor to your right was very rude told us to move our vehicles because she need to use the driveway So her husband could come in-and-out, Was supposed to be a getaway felt like we were walking on tippitos Was supposed to be a getaway felt like we were walking on tippitos
