As you walk through the front door, you are greeted by an open layout featuring a loft and a complete living room. On the first floor, you can also find the full-size kitchen and breakfast bar, fully equipped with all of the kitchen essentials you could need to prepare anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal and one bedroom as well. On the second floor, you can find three more bedrooms, with the main bedroom featuring a private, covered balcony and an en-suite bathroom complete with a large soaking tub.

This was the perfect home for 3 couples. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, clean and lots of space to do activities and relax . Great location for an event we had at the State Farm stadium

The house is nice and it is in a nice neighborhood. We were disappointed because we searched for properties with a “heated pool” and this was listed. As far as we could tell, the pool does not have a heater. The pool is nice but as expected in February the water is cold without a heater. That was our reason for picking the property. The house is also a little dated. It met our needs and is big with 2 living rooms, a huge master/master bath. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is functional. Laundry room had a sewer smell but washer and dryer were clean and worked well. The pool/yard in the summer would be amazing! Plenty of seating and a grill with room to spread out. Just disappointed my no heater.

The house was nice and located in a nice neighborhood. The welcome binder stated that the thermostat was preset. No thermostat available for renters and the house was too cold. The kitchen was disorganized and knives, pots and pans were damaged. No cookie sheets or broiler pans to use in the oven. Some lights and controls did not work.
