Fantastic location with restaurants and pubs all around and close to Goodge St tube. We had some difficulty with the lockbox to retrieve the key but had excellent support from vi&co who video chatted with us and walked us through the process. The carpet leading up to the apartment (we managed the stairs with 2 large suitcases ok) could use a cleaning but the apartment itself was spotless and much more spacious than the photos give it credit for. We would 100% stay here again given the opportunity.
