The location is excellent! Right next to the tube, restaurants, and shopping. It's a very quiet building, but the nearby area is loud at night. Didn't bother us. Sainsbury right around the corner. Key pick up and return was seamless.

It was so hot inside when we arrived. We plugged in all four fans (which were quite dusty) and opened all the windows. This helped a lot. The lights in the bathroom flickered, and the lights in front of the mirrored closets went out on the second day, but it wasn't too much of an issue. There is only one nightstand in the primary bedroom (suggest getting a second on the other side).

Eigentlich gab es nichts negatives ausser: ich musst sehr lange warten bis ich die Kaution zurückbekam- das ewige Hinhalten erachtete ich als mühsam - aber in the End bekam ich das Geld

Property is well located and pretty well equipped, however the kitchen could do with a few more basics and essentials like tea towels.

So the biggest complaint here is that there is a 800 euro deposit. The company is going to say that it’s advertised in the booking conditions, but unless you read all the fine detail, you’re not going to see it. And why in Euros ? The flat is in London UK where the currency is GBP. So you have to pay bank foreign exchange fees twice - when you make the deposit and when you get the money back. We have stayed in loads of places in London and never paid a deposit like this. It’s not as though the flat is full of expensive furniture etc. And to top it all, the deposit isn’t refunded on time (14 days) - still haven’t got my money back!!! And why wait 14 days, the property is cleaned and inspected the day of check out - so refund people’s money then. It’s seems like a rip off for the agency to hold a lot of money for 14 days. Shame it’s such a rubbish deposit policy, as the flat is ok. But we wouldn’t stay again and we definitely wouldn’t use this agency.
