* Guest Parking: Three guest parking passes are displayed on the counter and must be displayed on the dashboard.
* The HOA is extremely strict regarding parking near the fire hydrant on Wilshire (please park 15+ feet away).
* The driveway accommodates 1 to 2 vehicles, where guest parking passes do not need to be displayed.
