Experience the golden age of Palm Springs style at this four-bedroom, mid-century home, enviably located in the highly sought-after enclave of Vista Las Palmas. Designed by Charles DuBois for the Alexander Construction Company in 1960 and thoughtfully remodeled , this home offers an ideal blend of classic style and modern comfort. The landscaping and pool deck were updated in 2022, including a new firepit.
Step inside to find four king bedrooms, bold colors and prints throughout, lofty post-and-beam ceilings, a gas fireplace with a chimney of exposed stone, and a bar where you can mix martinis each evening. Through floor-to-ceiling windows and glass sliding doors is the backyard oasis, which can be accessed from the great room, the dining room, the media room, and the main bedrooms. Enjoy a private swimming pool, as well as spectacular views of the mountains and the lofty palms that surround the house.

Walk or ride your bike half a mile east to reach Palm Canyon Drive, the main strip of Palm Springs that's lined with fantastic restaurants, boutiques, antique stores, casinos, and other forms of nightlife. Go hiking in Tahquitz Canyon three miles south, take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway six miles west, or tee off at one of the countless world-class golf courses that the area is known for.

People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Beautiful mid-century house in a lovely neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Well equipped backyard with view of the mountains.

The home itself is great. The location is perfect and the home is well furnished, with nice art, lots of space, and is well stocked. It is better in person than the photos. The management company is slow to reply and too impersonal and automated. We asked for pool and spa heating. They don’t tell you that you can only heat the pool. There is no use of the Spa as you cannot heat it.The check-in time is so late in the day and the check- out time is so early, that you lose valuable time. Most properties have 2-3pm check in, not 4pm, and 12-1pm check-out, not 10:00am. I would stay at the house again if those issues were addressed.

The house and property were amazing! It was all that we could’ve asked for for a wonderful Palm Springs family vacation. The only issues were a broken clothes dryer (which we were not told about ahead of time, but later saw in a review from a previous guest that the dryer was broken) and the pool and spa heater were not functioning properly. The pool was heated to over 100, which on warm Palm Springs days made the pool unusable. Again, we learned from previous reviews that the pool and spa heater had not been functioning for guests before us. On our last day, we spoke to Roxy, the property manager, and she promised to refund the extra cost of heating the pool and spa. Unfortunately, it’s been two months and she’s not issued the refund even after our numerous calls and text messages to her…not a great way to end an otherwise great vacation.
