Designed by Charles DuBois for the Alexander Construction Company in 1960 and thoughtfully remodeled , this home offers an ideal blend of classic style and modern comfort. The landscaping and pool deck were updated in 2022, including a new firepit.
Step inside to find four king bedrooms, bold colors and prints throughout, lofty post-and-beam ceilings, a gas fireplace with a chimney of exposed stone, and a bar where you can mix martinis each evening. Through floor-to-ceiling windows and glass sliding doors is the backyard oasis, which can be accessed from the great room, the dining room, the media room, and the main bedrooms. Enjoy a private swimming pool, as well as spectacular views of the mountains and the lofty palms that surround the house.

-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We absolutely love this house. The backyard is incredible with amazing views of the mountains. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with great morning walks. But at the same time it is very close to downtown Palm Springs. The house itself is spacious, well stocked, and enough room for us and visiting friends. I would definitely rent this house again! Can’t wait to come back.

Communication from Casago was strange. It wasn’t from a typical “company” email, it was from the type of email you question the validity of (especially these days when you have to be extra careful). I didn’t think it was legit at first which was worrisome. The property was fantastic!!! We loved it!
