Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity

The only problem we had was that we were given a wrong code to enter the home so we were in the hot summer heat trying to get in for half an hour. The rest of the trip was great though the house has a lot of space with an amazing pool.

Nice home and pool. Good location near stores. Quiet neighborhood. Had a few issues with outlets and microwave and garbage disposal.
