AC Summer : The NEST does not cool below 75°F during the day when temperatures exceed 100°F due to the risk of the unit freezing. We can adjust to 72F at night. The AC is not designed to cool more than 25 degrees below the outside temperature. The minimum age requirement is 25 years old for the principal booker.

Pool and Spa heating is NOT included in the rental. We require an additional pool heating fee of $75-150 PER DAY and a $35 per day SPA fee, depending on the season. During the hot months of July, August, and September, we typically do not charge a pool fee. We may request a pool fee during the months of April, May, and June.
