Utility costs for (1.50 €/m³), water (8.50 €/m³), and electricity (0.40 €/kWh) will be metered after your departure and deducted from your security deposit. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (not made up). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).

The wide Baltic Sea beach is only about 150 meters away—ideal for sunbathers, walkers, and families who want to enjoy being close to the sea.
Children are warmly welcome in all vacation accommodations in the resort, and dogs are also allowed in many of the homes. On the spacious terraces, you’ll find comfortable seating that invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Each vacation home features a grill so you can enjoy cozy evenings with family or friends.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), and parking spaces are located right next to the homes.
In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit of €200 to ensure the vacation rental is returned in good condition. This must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded—provided there are no complaints—within five business days after departure. Utility costs are billed based on consumption (Valid for 2026: Water based on consumption / €8.50 per m³; Gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; Electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh).
