Vacation Home 20 is located close to the beach and surrounded by nature: It’s less than 150 meters to the beach, and the house is nestled among trees. At the same time, the sun has no trouble shining on the huge terrace! With approximately 109 m² of space, this vacation home is perfect for families and friends. The partially covered terrace is a true oasis of relaxation, where you’ll love to unwind after long days at the beach!

Beach View House 20 can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in Village 1, not far from the beach and the Priwall Promenade. The house has 3 bedrooms.

Important booking information
Utility costs for gas (1.50 €/m³), water (8.50 €/m³), and electricity (0.40 €/kWh) will be metered after your departure and deducted from your security deposit. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (without making the beds). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).

Whether you’re looking for a smaller vacation home for a small group or an XXL vacation rental with a private pool for up to 12 people, you’re sure to find the perfect vacation home at the “Strandblick” complex. Each house features a sauna, a hot tub, and a wood-burning stove. Other homes offer large indoor pools and steam rooms.
Children are welcome in all vacation accommodations at the resort, and dogs are allowed in many vacation homes. The spacious terraces offer plenty of seating. Each vacation home comes equipped with at least one grill to ensure you have a great time with your family!
The entire resort offers free Wi-Fi.
Parking spaces are located right next to the homes.
In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the vacation rental is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is €250. For larger properties, it’s €350. The security deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, minus any utility costs, provided there are no complaints or defects (Valid for 2026: Water based on consumption / €8.50 per m³; gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh).
