Spanning approximately 82 m² on the first floor, you’ll find a high-end, fully equipped home featuring a living-dining area, an open kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom, and a spacious balcony with an exceptionally beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.
The light-filled living area is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a hi-fi system, two flat-screen TVs, and a desk. The bioethanol fireplace ensures cozy moments and creates a particularly warm atmosphere. Through the large panoramic windows, you can enjoy the impressive view of the sailing harbor, the Travemünde estuary, the museum ship “Passat,” and the Scandinavian ferries passing by.
