Spanning approximately 82 m² on the mezzanine level, this spacious home features a living-dining area, an open kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom, and a covered terrace with a breathtaking view of the sailing harbor, the Travemünde estuary, and the Baltic Sea—including the museum ship “Passat” and the Scandinavian ferries passing by.
The light-filled living area invites you to relax with a sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system, and an atmospheric bioethanol fireplace. Through the large panoramic windows—and right from the couch—you’ll enjoy an exceptionally beautiful view of the sea.
The open kitchen is equipped to a high standard with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an additional wok burner, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. Dishes, silverware, and all essential cooking utensils are, of course, provided, so you can cook just like at home.
In the two separate bedrooms, you’ll find comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and a TV in each—ideal for restful nights or cozy evenings in bed. In the living room, the sofa can be converted into two additional sleeping spots.
