If the cleaning crew is required to wait due to a late departure, the guest will be charged for the additional labor time.

Once the people upstairs kindly directed us to the garage door key panel for entry, everything was great. The place was clean and my adult kids enjoyed the hot tub. The wall-mounted gas fireplace in the dining area was a hit. Thank you for letting us land here for a few nights!

All of the photos were very accurate about the interior of the apartment. It’s a beautiful remodel of a daylight basement.We were not made aware that the pool would not be open until mid-May. They said they will make sure the listing notes this to avoid anyone else’s disappointment if they book early in the season as we did.The outdoor patio and kitchen area make a nice gathering spot. Their access is not immediately outside the apartment as assumed from photos. Still worked for us. Hot tub was nice option since the pool wasn’t available. The fire pit is a really cool feature!Our host and VRBO people were helpful and accommodating when we had questions or issues. Their prompt responses were appreciated. We would book again!
