About this apartment rental
Located in the Historic Helena Hotel. Loft completed in April of 2016. Building built as a hotel in 1910, but now converted to lofts. A 4.5 year renovation undertaken by family of designers. Perfect location for nightlife, dining, art galleries, etc...
Historic 25th Street was one of the most lawless streets in the country at one time. Brothels, opium dens and speak-easy's occupied most of the buildings. Even Al Capone was noted as saying Notorious Two-Bit Street was too wild for him. Now H25 boasts scores of independent restaurants, bars, art galleries, etc... And all just 25 minutes from some of the best skiing imaginable.

Historic 25th st. is a fun location. Great street fair on Saturdays. Multiple great restaurants within walking distance. Easy and chill location for a comfortable stay.

The place was nice. Decent size and had the basic essentials. Good location to restaurants.... many in walking distance. And easy access to Snow Basin.

Neat location, clean, lots of stairs, lots of parties, parking unreliable.Jared was a great host and the place itself was really nice. I think my husband and I were just too old to stay in a location such as this. There were 3 flights of stairs to get to our apartment, loud music and parties every night until 2:00a.m., construction at 7:00 a.m. and no parking spots for us on a couple of occasions. We are all about convenience at our age and this certainly was not that.
