This is a completely private lower unit apartment, with a private entrance and digital keypad lock. This is a rear lower unit with an abundance of daylight in every room, and an open floor plan. Free off street parking - park in the driveway, behind the security and peace of mind of a gate! Pet friendly apartment with a fully fenced backyard! Come enjoy a BBQ on your private patio deck, while looking at the beautiful mountains - and the patio is fully dedicated just for guests!

There are 7 steps to enter the apartment. Once inside, there are no steps.
We have a secure, outdoor storage shed that’s dedicated for guest use. It’s plenty big enough for extra luggage, skis or bikes.

It was very clean and fit with our needs. It was central to everywhere we had to travel to visit family and plenty of restaurants, shopping and historic places to visit. I would absolutely reserve there again!

A great value! Perfect weekend stay for our family of 5. Had all the necessities - felt like we were at home, just cozy. The upstairs tenants were quiet and respectful. Host has it down - check in was easy and well established. Clean, well-stocked, lots of spares - perfect for family.
