Discover the perfect group getaway at this mid-century masterpiece, an upscale Alexander home filled with high-end finishes. An impressive oasis, the palm-studded backyard presents a stunning saltwater pool and spa. You'll also love the outdoor shower, firepit, and huge covered lanai that's perfect for dining alfresco. All on one floor, the stylish interior features designer furnishings at every turn. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. A sleek gas fireplace awaits in the inviting living area. Enjoy a quiet drink in the walled courtyard (separate from the backyard).
Occupying an entire wing of the home, the primary suite provides direct backyard access and a luxe en-suite with a rain shower. On the opposite side of the common area, you'll find an additional suite with direct backyard access as well as two guest bedrooms - each with a private patio. Free WiFI, a private washer/dryer, and central AC are also provided.
THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-City ordinance requires check-in for all reservations. Only the registered guest whose name is on the rental agreement can check-in and they must provide their ID as well as the credit card that was used at the time of booking.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Very nice stay at this cute mid-century modern house. The location is wonderful although some airport noise at 6am. The back lanai white sofa needs to be replaced as the seats are torn up and the interior sofa had a large wet stain and the water filter/ice machine did not work so a bit more updating this summer would be helpful for future renters. Overall things were well maintained and the size of the bedrooms and the layout were wonderful.

This is not to be missed. Super spacious, beautifully decorated, functional and private house that you wish was your home! Our family absolutely loved the stay in this rental. If you are looking for the ultimate relaxation with all the amenities you can think of, super easy check-in and out, designer touches and privacy, this is your place!
