Location was ideal and home was beautiful. Great location in Palm Desert. We enjoyed the golf course at the property as well.

Needed places to stay for grown children and spouses and found this condo for about same as two hotel rooms. Great place, gated community, pools, hot tub, great place. Will tell friends.

I have an elderly sister with a walker. We were assured in writing that this was a ground unit. We arrive and the unit is second story with a 21 plus set of stairs and no elevator. The light at the top of the stairs was out so no light to enter the unit.
Vacasa waited until the last day at noon to explain how to check in with required ID sent to them. They leave the office at 3:00 so it made this process extremely inconvenient while driving to the airport. Very poor management
