Recent renovations include new laminate flooring thru out and a brand new gas grill. Primary has king size bed with flat screen TV. Primary and guest bathrooms remodeled.
Primary has a tub shower combination. Guest hall bath has walk-in shower. Bedroom lamps have USB charging stations.
Kitchen remodeled with new cabinets, granite countertops and appliances with a brand-new nook table off the kitchen. The dining room and kitchen both have an open concept that includes the living room with large TV wall mounted above fireplace and wet-bar. Both the living room and primary bedroom have access to the patio.
The view off the patio is greenbelt along with the pool and mountains. This condo is the perfect vacation for your visit to our wonderful desert.
The home has a brand new Propane BBQ for guest use.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: Desert Falls is a gated golf community. Lower level properties feature a patio, while upper level condos have a spacious balcony. There is a central clubhouse with dining and lounge.
An excellent, par 72 golf course is open to the public, although members do have tee time priority. A full-service tennis program is also available as well as the fitness center. Desert Falls is a semi-private golf community. Access includes tennis and pickleball courts, the fitness center and access to the clubhouse, bar and grill, which are transferable to the guests.
Guest Access:
To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Situated in Palm Desert, your haven is a mere 5-minute drive from boutique shopping and gourmet dining, and only a 30-minute escape to the nightlife and entertainment of downtown Palm Springs.
Getting Around:
Located on Country Club Dr. in Palm Desert, This Country Club is close to fine dining or upscale shopping on El Paseo. The Interstate 10 and Palm Springs International Airport are but a 15 minute drive away.
