In winter, find yourself nestled in a true winter wonderland. The legendary Big Sky Resort, known as "The American Alps," is just a stone's throw away, offering access to some of the biggest skiing in North America.
The home provides ski in/out access via the Poma lift or Thunderwolf lift; access is weather-permitting.
For Nordic skiers, the world-famous Lone Mountain Ranch is just five miles away. There, you can explore an endless network of groomed Nordic and snowshoeing trails. Other nearby winter adventures include snowmobile tours, sleigh-ride dinners, dog-sledding, and snow-coach or guided ski tours in Yellowstone National Park.

Ski In/Ski Out

Ski Out- Walk a short distance from the driveway to the Bear Back Poma OR ski down the road to the Thunderwolf lift. If skiing with young children or beginners you will likely prefer to start from the main base area.
Ski In- Take Silverknife and ski directly back to the driveway.

Experience local community events like the Farmer's Market and Big Sky's free Summer Concert Series, which generally run from mid-June through early September.

For the Yellowstone National Park adventurer, this home grants quick access to Highway 191 South, leading you directly to the West Entrance of the park. The homes sits on heavily wooded private property. This is a prime habitat for the local wildlife. Posted house rules must be followed for your safety and the safety of the wildlife.
