Getting Around:
A car is recommended — Big Bear has limited public transit. Parking for 3 cars on premises. Tire chains required Nov–Apr (even for 4x4s).
Other Things to Note:
- Pets allowed — maximum 2 pets; $75 pet fee per stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture
- Fireplace: Wood-burning — firewood not provided; available at local stores
- No A/C: Mountain elevation keeps temperatures comfortable; ceiling fans provided
- Exterior security cameras on property for guest safety (no interior cameras)
