• Mandatory registration: Once your reservation is made, you must complete the registration process for all guests.
• Identification: Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid ID.
• Minors: They must be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult, who must present a notarized authorization document specifically for the registration of their stay in our apartment.
• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. Adhering to these times ensures order and cleanliness for all guests.

When you confirm your reservation, I will ask for the full names, ID numbers, dates of birth, and places of residence of the guests included in the reservation.
This information is required to authorize entry into the building.
