And when you want to go out, you’ll have everything at your fingertips: shopping malls, restaurants, public transportation, and the vibrant city of Bogotá waiting for you. The property features common areas such as a gym, coworking space, and BBQ terrace with a lookout point. To use these areas, please go to the lobby and request access.
To ensure your peace of mind and everyone’s safety, please keep the following in mind:
• Visitors: You may not modify the guest list during your stay, and visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted.
• Mandatory Registration: Once your reservation is made, you must complete the registration process by providing documentation for all guests.
• Identification: Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid form of identification.
• Minors: They must be accompanied by a parent or by a responsible adult who must present a notarized authorization document specifically for the registration of their stay in our apartment.
• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. Adhering to these times ensures order and cleanliness for all guests.

When you confirm your reservation, I will ask for the full names, ID numbers, dates of birth, and places of residence of the guests included in the reservation.
This information is required to authorize entry into the building.
