A contemporary country home located just 45 minutes from downtown Madrid, near Patones and Torrelaguna.
A newly built villa where you and your family can enjoy the pool and barbecue area. It is equipped with all the amenities and excellent facilities, as well as an interior design with attention to detail.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
Inside the El Olivo de Caraquiz vacation home, you’ll find a spacious living-dining room and open-concept kitchen—a large, open space featuring two TV areas and a fireplace. The kitchen features an island and is fully equipped with everything you need.
The pool area is surrounded by natural grass and features two relaxation areas with beautiful mountain views. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided.
Barbecue area with various features, including an Argentine-style lifting pulley, as well as space and equipment for preparing rice dishes and paella.
A relaxation area with several outdoor sofas in the shade of our century-old walnut tree, where you can spend the hottest hours of the summer.
The main terrace also features a seating area with an outdoor wrought-iron table and chairs for all guests.
Among the amenities, we highlight high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs with access to streaming platforms, memory foam mattresses, etc.
The pool is open from April 24 through September.
