Very good, no a/c , (my fault) but plenty of fans. We loved the area. Parking is good. Bathroom and lines all very clean. One of the green lights is out. Garbage cabinet in kitchen has broken and missing facade plate. There is quite a bit of dirt under the main couch

Great location within easy walking distance (roughly 1,000 steps) from downtown shops, restaurants and bars. Even closer to the lake and beach access. This 2nd floor condo is cozy, i.e. quite small, but it is very nice and very comfortable. It is perfect for a couples' getaway. The host's process made checking in/checking out/communication very simple via their text messages, they were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely book again.
