Location was great. the price was fantastic.
there was only a room AC in the living room downstairs, the downstairs bedroom didnt have windows that open and was quite warm. The upstairs was like a sauna — there was a small fan in the closet but it was rickety and very loud and not usable. The pots and pans were in a closet marked PRIVATE - which we eventually opened because we needed pots and pans - and couldn't find them anywhere else. Also the sheet on the fridge said to take out trash - but we had no idea to where or what that meant.
