Spanning two levels, this light-filled vacation home harmoniously combines modern design, high-quality materials, and immediate proximity to the beach.

The spacious living area invites you to relax with a flat-screen TV, an elegant gas fireplace, large windows, individually adjustable shades, and air conditioning. From here, you have direct access to the furnished terrace with two lounge chairs and a small seating area perfect for quiet hours in the sun and relaxing moments in the Baltic Sea air.
The high-quality, separate kitchen with a large dining table for six people combines function and design at the highest level. Amenities include:
- Induction cooktop with an additional gas burner, combination oven with microwave, warming drawer, side-by-side refrigerator with a large freezer compartment and water and ice dispensers, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, smart TV
The dining area leads out to the second terrace. Here, a spacious garden table, a parasol, and an electric grill create the perfect setting for long summer evenings and shared meals outdoors.
Also on the first floor is a cozy bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a smart TV, and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.
