The eight-kilometer-long sandy beach connects Bansin with the other seaside resorts of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The piers in Bansin and Heringsdorf are a 15- to 20-minute walk away. The town centers of these two resorts offer an eventful summer of art and culture. A wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and bars await guests. Villa Ida-Marie is situated in a prominent location directly on the Bansin beach promenade, on the same property where the three houses—Atlantic, Baltic, and Nordic—form the Seeresidenz complex. The villa, which features just three vacation apartments, has been lovingly renovated and furnished in a modern style. You can reach the promenade and the beach via a private beach access. Fresh sea air is guaranteed here.
This 105-square-meter non-smoking vacation apartment spans the second floor and the attic, offering plenty of space for four adults and two children to enjoy a relaxing vacation. This apartment boasts a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and features an additional south-facing balcony. The spacious, bright living room with a sea view is furnished with a cozy sitting area featuring a TV and built-in radio, as well as a dining area for 6 people. The well-equipped, modern full kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, oven, and ceramic cooktop—is open to the living area. Both bedrooms in the lower living area are furnished with a double bed featuring separate mattresses and ample closet space. Two bathrooms with showers and toilets are available, both equipped with a window. From both bedrooms, you have access to a shared, large, south-facing balcony overlooking the courtyard, which promises sunshine all day long. For the children, there are 2 separate bedrooms in the attic, each with a single bed. One of the two bedrooms is equipped with an additional TV.
The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. A storage room in the villa is provided for bicycles.
