The “Kogge 02” vacation rental in Heringsdorf on Usedom offers a special vacation experience, just a few steps from the boardwalk and the beach. This spacious residence spans three floors of a charming brick house and, with 104 square meters of living space, can accommodate up to eight people—ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy their vacation together.

The layout of “Kogge 02” is well-thought-out and comfortable. The first floor features the entryway and the staircase leading to the first floor, where the apartment awaits you. The first floor houses a separate, fully equipped kitchen with appliances that leave nothing to be desired. A spacious bedroom with a double box-spring bed and plenty of storage space promises relaxation. The bright living room, with a cozy couch, armchairs, and a flat-screen TV, offers space for evenings spent together, while the adjoining balcony invites you to linger outdoors. The large dining table is ideal for social meals.

On the top floor, there are two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom with a shower, two sinks, a toilet, and a washing machine ensures comfort. An additional guest restroom is available. For two additional guests, the sleeper sofa in the living room offers a comfortable place to sleep. A private parking space next to the house and free Wi-Fi are available to guests. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable bike room.
