About this house rental
Come on in and enjoy panoramic views of Norris Lake and create your own "Fawn Memories". Recently updated kitchen appliances, granite countertops, and furniture. The home features a large two-story deck overlooking the water with an easy walk-out to the lake. The new large covered all-weather dock includes a boat lift, two JetSki Ports, and a swim platform.
The well-appointed home is equipped with tv, wireless internet, cell phone booster, and stereo system to keep you connected while enjoying the great outdoors. The 1st floor Great Room features vaulted ceilings with a 55" LED SMART TV with an attached dining room, seating for 11 and a fully-stocked large kitchen. A gas grill on the deck, washer/dryer and a 2nd refrigerator/freezer are available to compliment your stay. The first floor Master Bedroom has a walk-out to the upper deck and includes a king-size bed with tv and master bathroom suite featuring double sinks, Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The Lower Level includes an open-area Living Room with new fold-out sofa bed and large 55" smart television. The Lower Level also includes 3 bedrooms with walk-out access to the lake: 1 King-size bedroom with TV, 1 Queen-size bedroom with TV, and a bunk room featuring 1 set of bunks and a queen-size bed. The lower level has 2 large bathrooms; and towels and linens are provided.
As a Deerfield Resort guest, you will have access to many amenities of the community, including an outdoor swimming pool, sand volleyball, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, and a children's playground. The Deerfield Resort also features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Bobby Clampett, a PGA touring Professional and broadcaster. It includes a driving range and full-service Pro Shop and Club House, which is a great place for food and drinks.
Our "Fawn Memories" Home is close to Deerfield Marina, Springs Dock and Shanghai Marina, where boat rentals and boat ramps are available. Nestled in the Cumberland Mountains, Norris Lake's pristine water covers 34,000 acres and is a paradise for boating, water-skiing, fishing, golfing, and nature enthusiasts. Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge attractions are 1.5 hours away and the University of Tennessee is a 50 minute drive.
