Launch your watercraft at our neighborhood's private boat ramp. Park your boat in your dedicated 10' wide, covered boat slip at nearby Sugar Hollow Marina - approximately 7.6 miles - 19 minutes via car.
You can rent boats/watercraft from nearby Sugar Hollow Marina, Shanghai Resort, Springs Dock, or contact Norris Lake Water Sports for rental boat delivery (ask for Norris Lake Villas 10% discount) or contact Oasis Water Sports for delivery options.
The main level provides the great room with TV, modern kitchen, dining room, master suite, and deck overlooking the lake including Blackstone grill and Pellet smoker (propane provided).
The upper level provides bedrooms #2, #3, and a common bathroom.
The lower level provides the game room, additional TV room, bedroom #4, bathroom, and a patio overlooking the lake.
Internet is via Starlink, secure, unlimited usage.
The TVs are smart TVs and/or Fire Sticks. Bring your log in information.
Parking on premises, ample room for multiple vehicles.

We had a great stay! This property had everything we needed, and is in a beautiful neighborhood. We meet up with family staying in this neighborhood every year, and our kids make amazing memories. The kitchen has everything you need, and everyone enjoyed the pool table and dart board.

We stayed at Pinnacle Views from May 8–11, 2025, for my son and future daughter-in-law’s graduation from LMU DeBusk College of Medicine. The home was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well-stocked, and the bed linens were fresh, with each set placed in a basket at the foot of each bed.The layout was great for our family: a main-level master with a garden tub, two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath, and a large bedroom downstairs with a private bath and laundry room. The lower level also had a spacious entertainment area with a large sectional, surround sound TV, pool table, dart board, board games, and a bar — perfect for relaxing.The deck on the main level offered peaceful views of the mountains and Norris Lake. The home felt remote and serene — a great place to unwind.The only challenge was the drive up. It’s about 10 miles of steep, narrow, curvy roads after leaving the main road. I have motion sickness, so that part was tough for me. However, others may not mind the drive at all, and the house at the top makes it worth it.Highly recommend this home for those looking for a clean, spacious, well-equipped mountain retreat with incredible views!
