This fully furnished 2 bed 1 bath home is located in the perfect central location! It is nestled away in a quiet and established residential neighborhood, located just minutes from the interstate. Downtown Knoxville, UT campus, and most surrounding hospitals can be reached in only about 15 minutes! It is a duplex with no shared indoor spaces, with completely separate entrances. The home also is equipped with a large fenced in back yard, which can be used by all tenants on the property. It is perfect for those traveling with pets!
