Elbe27 is a comfortable studio apartment on the 1st floor with elevator access – ideal for 1 to 2 people who want to explore Flensburg in an uncomplicated way while enjoying a relaxed stay. The apartment is non-smoking, offers a covered balcony with garden furniture, and boasts beautiful views of the landscape and garden. Thanks to privacy screens on all windows, you can also enjoy pleasant privacy.
The living area is modern and cozy: a sofa corner invites you to relax, and there is also a dining area with a dining table. Entertainment is provided by a TV (35–44 inches) with digital cable connection and international channels, as well as Wi-Fi with an internet speed of 100 Mbit/s – practical for streaming, travel planning, or even longer stays. Designer flooring in the living and sleeping areas underline the easy-care, contemporary character.
The open-plan kitchen is directly connected to the living room and fully equipped: 4-plate stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery are provided. Even the details have been taken care of – with dish towels, spices, and a trash can, you can be self-sufficient from day one.
