The space
Welcome to our home. It’s a 4/BR 3/BA, Cinema home with a private pool and spa. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this Centrally Located place, in a quite safe and family-friendly community.
From the house enjoy the theme parks being so close too: Disney (10 mins away), Sea world (15 mins), Universal (20mins). Just minutes away from Walmart and all the best restaurants!

The space:
Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom and 3-bathroom pool home in the beautiful and safe subdivision of Indian Creek. The private pool/spa is south facing so it will have the best sun coverage year round!
Minutes away from Disney. Awesome air-conditioned movie theater with huge screen and surround sound. Watch movies or play on the 2 arcade machines. Everything you would want for a vacation rental home. Go to the parks and then come home and relax in your private pool and spa.
*Important notes:
-Cleaning fee is required for every stay of a one time fee of $185. This will be added to your total. We take pride in keeping a clean & tidy house for all our guests.
-Pool and Spa heater: There is a $30 fee per day and must be reserved at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date & is required for a minimum of 3 consecutive days. You don’t have to add heat to your stay - only if you want the spa to be warm-Temperature on the pool will not exceed 85F and the SPA Temperature will not exceed 95F. If interested in pool/spa heat please message us at least 2 days before your arrival to ensure heat is on & invoice is sent/paid before your stay.
-Eating and glass around the pool or inside the pool is not allowed.
-No smoking or vaping anywhere on this property. (If our cleaners suspect smoking occurred, there will be additional cleaning fees added to your bill)
-No pets
-No parties
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the bin to keep a clean home.

Guest access
All guests have exclusive access to this entire property, private pool. Pool also has a safety fence to keep to ensure kids stay safe. Right around the corner from the property is one of two neighborhood parks, workout equipment & ball courts! There's even walking trails all around the neighborhood too!

We require everyone who is part of our community to stick to these simple rules for being a great guest:
-Treat your Host’s home like your own
-Follow the Host’s standard house rules
No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. Our house guest count is 10 people max at any time during a guests stay.
No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine.
Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, patio or around any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning. (Minimum deep cleaning starts at $250)
•The House is Self-Catering, and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and FIRST USE (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bags), Please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
• 4 spots Free parking in front of the house, and additional parking spaces on the street (first come, first served).
• We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Kids amenities free of charge: Pak N Play, pool fence, toys, highchair, kids dinnerware, single child Graco stroller, baby tub, & more! (We want to take the stress off packing for the kiddos!)
• Free washer & dryer available at the house
We can gladly recommend grill rental companies & stroller rentals companies in the area if your trip would need either option. Just reach out to us regarding your trip & we'll be happy to pass along their info.
For inquiries about late checkouts - please reach out to us. We may not be able to commit until closer to your booking...However we will certainly see if we can accommodate. Our late checkout fee is $35/hour. If you want to stay past 2pm on checkout day, pending an approval by the host, it may result in an additional nightly rate.
