Newly furnished 4BR, 3 bath waterfront pool home. Sleeps 14 in 10 beds (1k 1Q, 2 full, 6 twin). Immersive themed bedrooms, game room, private heated pool with water view, fully stocked kitchen. 10 mins to Disney Animal Kingdom & 25mins to Universal. Perfect for family vacations, golf trips, & groups traveling together.
The Space:
Castle Reeds is fun, modern, and inviting. New to the rental market in 2025, with new furniture, bedding, linens, fresh paint, and decor that both kids and adults can enjoy.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Avengers master: king bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks
• Pirates of the Caribbean ensuite: queen bed, private bathroom
• Harry Potter room: 2 bunk beds, each with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top
• Mickey room: 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.
All bunks are sturdy with heavy-duty 200 lb capacity, ideal for kids, teens and comfortable for adults.
The climate-controlled game room has a pool table, a foosball table, and some board games in the living room. The private heated pool faces east with wonderful morning sun, a peaceful water view, covered patio seating, and pool inflatables for the kids. Smart Roku TVs in every room (stream with your own apps), plus a dedicated workspace with desk and high-speed WiFi for remote work.
The fully stocked kitchen has island seating for 2 and table seating for 5, and the dining table seats 8. Pack light, you have a private washer and dryer.
You are close to everything: 10 mins to Disney Animal Kingdom, 15mins to Magic Kingdom, 25mins to Universal, and Walmart is a 3-min drive. Easy highway access makes day trips to the beaches, Port Canaveral, and Kennedy Space Center simple. The community offers basketball and tennis courts, a playground, and walking paths.
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire home including the private pool, game room, and yard, plus the community courts, playground, and walking trails (bring your own sporting equipment). Guests do not have access to the locked owner's closet; the inside of the closet is monitored. The exterior front and side entrances are video monitored, with a smart lock for self check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a much sought after, monitored community of Indian Creek, this house is ideally located close to Walmart, restaurants, entertainment and the Disney parks. The close proximity to the play ground just around the corner is ideal. It offers a play-set and full size soccer net. The property offers free tennis and basketball court usage. Fish in the near-by pond or enjoy running or walking the paths near the pond. Located in a much sought after monitored community this house is ideally located close to Walmart, restaurants, entertainment and the Disney parks. The home is immaculately maintained and is professional cleaned; we use bleach and steam to clean and disinfect the home. Our property manager and cleaning staff take pride in offering you the best service possible.
Getting Around:
Indian Creek is a relatively quiet video monitored community composed of vacation rentals and permanent residents. Most guests rent a car but taxi and uber service is available. There is ample parking with two in driveway spaces and lots of free street parking.
Other Things to Note:
A starter pack of essentials is provided: 1 toilet paper per bathroom, refillable body wash and shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher detergent packet, 2 trash bags (13 gallon), 1 laundry detergent pod, and bathroom garbage can liners. Supplies beyond the starter pack are up to guests to replenish.
A cleaning fee applies (see pricing). A $900 refundable damage deposit applies per booking channel policies; no damage deposit is collected on Airbnb, where damage is handled through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Check-out is promptly at the specified time. Late check-outs accrue fees in 15-minute increments per the Late Check-out Fee Schedule. Check-out dates on U.S. legal holidays are subject to a $300 cleaning fee.
Optional add-ons, subject to state and local tax: pool heat $25/night (set to 85F, may be added any time before arrival, applies to the full stay), daily housekeeping, gas grill with propane rental, holiday decor, Christmas tree rental. Message us, we are happy to assist.
