★Elevator Note★
Please note that the south elevator will be under construction beginning August 15. During this time, only the north elevator will be available for use. We appreciate your patience and understanding as these improvements are completed.
★IMPORTANT★
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 one time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. The property was nice enough. The furniture in the living room was very small like dorm size. You could tell it had been recently remodeled and some doors wouldn’t open and close easily. I had to pay an additional fee during the check in process or had the option for the company to put a large hold on my credit card. I’ve never had to do that before so that seemed like a sneaky additional cost.

What a treat! Easy beach access, comfy beds, and well stocked kitchen. This was the perfect size condo for a quick girls weekend. The area is quiet, on the beach and close to shops and restaurants!
