• Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with convenient access to the main bath with a shower/ tub combo
• Additional: Sleeper sofa for extra guests

Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at many local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent. Just find an empty one or the attendant.
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

Guests must be 25+ to book and stay. (Strictly enforced)
Guest Registration Certificates (Parking Passes) are required and are purchased upon booking the home. Parking passes are $35 each and are limited to two passes. Passes will be waiting on your arrival in the home. No extra passes can be sold. Please inquire for overflow parking.
