The main room consists of a dining area, a living area with sofa and TV and, in a sink, a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, microwave oven, induction plate two fires, hood, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The set gives access to a terrace facing south, without vis-à-vis, quiet, equipped with a blind and furniture allowing to eat outside. Upstairs, duplex, with a limited ceiling height, access is via a steep staircase of about a dozen narrow steps. The room, illuminated by a Velux, is furnished with a 160 bed and a TV.The apartment is well equipped and enjoys an ideal location to do everything on foot: beaches and Monoprix at 250 meters, municipal market (place des Marquises) at 450 meters and train station SNCF of Arcachon at 950 meters. Access to the apartment is via a common staircase of about twenty steps. Parking is free on the street.The white linen is not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: holidays33). Animals are not allowed. Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). The end-of-stay household is included, subject to normal and regular maintenance of the accommodation during the stay.
