Villa Rosa: In the heart of Santa Teresa Gallura, we are offering a cozy, completely independent home for rent, located just 250 meters (as the crow flies) from the famous Rena Bianca beach (a very short walk away). The perfect choice for those seeking independence and maximum convenience to the town’s amenities and the beach.
The Accommodation
- Sleeps: 4.
- Layout: Arranged over two levels connected by an internal spiral staircase.
- Ground Floor (living area):
- Comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchenette.
- First Floor (sleeping area and bathroom):
- 2 double bedrooms (one of which features a charming little balcony overlooking the village rooftops).
- 1 full master bathroom.
- Outdoor spaces: Small terrace/balcony on the first floor overlooking the town.

The town offers all major amenities within walking distance or just a few minutes away: supermarkets, restaurants, a movie theater, an urgent care clinic, a gym, and the marina for excursions.
Useful Information and Terms & Conditions
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in and check-out are NOT available on SUNDAYS.
- Accessibility: The sleeping area is accessible via a spiral staircase.
- Car: Recommended/necessary for exploring the other famous beaches in the area (Capo Testa, La Marmorata, Rena Majore).
- Linens (bed/bath): Not included. You can bring your own from home or rent them on-site for €20 per person per week.
- Pets: Allowed for an additional fee of €50.
- Tourist tax: €2.50 per person per night for up to 14 consecutive days (children 12 and under are exempt).
