Welcome to Epic Terrace Kalsa, a bright and incredibly livable retreat in the most authentic heart of Palermo, right across from Piazza Magione. If you want to explore the city on foot, enjoy great food without being in the middle of the chaos, and have a real terrace where you can breathe, you’ve come to the right place. 
The apartment is on the second floor (with an elevator) and sleeps up to 4 people; it’s spread over two levels (second floor without an elevator, accessed via an internal staircase). It’s perfect for couples, families, friends, and even remote workers: fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a comfortable workspace, and air conditioning. 
On the first level, you’ll find a master bedroom with a canopy bed, a dresser, and a spacious closet, as well as a large living room with a sleeper sofa and a TV featuring Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+—other apps are available to subscribers. Each bedroom features a spacious balcony. On the first floor, there’s also a modern bathroom with a shower, complete with handy travel essentials like a hair dryer, straightener, and curling iron. 
On the second level, there’s a fully equipped kitchen—truly set up for serious cooking (not just a “decorative” kitchen)—and, best of all, a private terrace: your space for outdoor breakfast, yoga, relaxation, and dinner at sunset. There’s also a hammock and a comfortable chair. A barbecue is also available upon request for a small extra fee. We provide a yoga mat and a foam roller. 
The location is one of the highlights: Kalsa is historic, authentic, and full of character. You’re just a short walk from the Botanical Garden, the Foro Italico, and the historic markets, but the area remains peaceful and quiet once you close the door. And yes, a rare find in downtown Palermo: there are two large free parking lots just a few meters away.
