Gianluca è stato gentilissimo. La struttura è bellissima, pulita, dotata di ogni comfort. Ha un terrazzo meraviglioso. Gli interni sono curatissimi ed ampi. Ci siamo innamorate di questo posto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Loads of character and really great location in heart of Kalsa. Near lots of bars and restaurants. Perfect for our family of five.

Great, cozy place and location is excellent. We enjoyed the terrace very much.
Just a heads up for people with bad backs. The beds are quite hard and were not good for me. But that is very subjective. Also there is only the one bedroom with a door, so soundproofing (and privacy) both within the apartment and from without is basically nonexistent. You hear everything from the entire house and neighbourhood. But that's also the way things are almost everywhere in italy. I gave this place top scores and enjoyed our stay very much in spite of the above mentioned things!
