The Space
- Living Room and Balcony
A bright and inviting living area where clean lines and minimalist furnishings highlight the elegance of the traditional architecture. Full-length French windows flood the space with natural light and open onto a private balcony, which includes a staircase with access to the building’s shared garden - a rare feature in central Porto.
The living space includes a sofa-bed, two armchairs, a TV, and a dining table for four - ideal for relaxing, working, or entertaining.
- Kitchen
A fully equipped, functional kitchen designed for longer stays or daily cooking. It includes an electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine - everything you need to feel at home.
- Bedroom
Accessible via a small hallway, the bedroom features a queen-sized bed and two large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The modern laminate floor contrasts nicely with the building’s older architectural elements. The room also has a private ensuite bathroom with a shower.
- Bathrooms
In addition to the ensuite, there’s also a social bathroom, offering extra convenience - especially for couples or small families sharing the space.

What You Should Know
- First floor, no elevator: The apartment is easy to reach, but may not be suitable for guests requiring step-free access.
- Shared garden: The outdoor area is communal and may be accessed by other residents of the building.
- Not luxury: Not luxury, but thoughtful: While not a luxury stay, the apartment offers all the essentials - balancing historic charm with modern functionality for a relaxed and comfortable experience.
- Hot water not available in the kitchen.
- Due to the building’s age, sound insulation isn’t perfect, so occasional street or neighbor noise may be heard. We believe it’s a small trade-off for staying in a place with such genuine character.
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 17:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:
- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
- Late Check-In Fee.: 25€ after 22h00.
- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:
- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
