Sentinel Sunrise is a welcoming retreat designed for making the most of Lake Placid - whether you’re here to explore or simply slow down.
Perfectly positioned just minutes from downtown Lake Placid, this home offers easy access to activities, shopping and restaurants, while still feeling tucked away and peaceful among the trees. It’s a setting that offers the best of both convenience and calm.

Unwind in the evenings listening to the gentle babble of the Chubb River, soaking in the hot tub, or settling in for a relaxed game night after a full day outdoors.

The entire house is available to guests with the exception of locked supply closets, garage, and basement. Please do not tamper with these locks.
A printed version of our welcome guide is located on the sideboard in the dining room.
Other things to note:
- The Adirondacks are a natural environment and we often see wildlife near our home.
- Please do not store food outdoors and only dispose of trash in the designated receptacles.
- When enjoying the yard, please be aware of the terrain and plants around the edges of the lawn. Wear appropriate footwear outdoors.
Winter Considerations:
- Driveways and trails may be impacted by snow, ice, or rain. While the roads and driveway are regularly plowed, we recommend AWD/4WD in the winter. Please use caution when outdoors.
