*MASTER BEDROOM*

One of the best spots you could dream of sleeping at. This master bedroom leads you to a private balcony from which you can enjoy the sunrise of Lake Bryan, very peaceful place.
It has a king bed with a closet space with hangers, and TV (cable included).
There is also a private bathroom with a spacious shower. It includes a hair dryer, toiletries and towels.

*SECOND BEDROOM*

Right across the hallway, it has 2 single beds There's a closet with hangers and a dresser, and an iron with its table. It also has a TV (cable included). This bedroom has access to both the hallway and the second bathroom.

*SECOND BATHROOM *

It is located right along the hallway. It has a spacious shower. It has two doors as it has access for both the hallway and the second bedroom. Toiletries and towels are included.

*ENTRYWAY/HALLWAY*
For extra sleeping if needed you will find a bunkbed with single beds.

*KITCHEN, LIVING & DINING ROOM*

This is an open concept space where the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors stand out by giving you breathtaking views of Lake Bryan. You can cook while you enjoy the beautiful Lakeview or have a quick breakfast on the bar top seating stools.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new small appliances, as well as everything you need such as silverware, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, bowls, cups, and serving dishes. It has a refrigerator, microwave, an electric stove and oven, and a dishwasher. The sink also has a food disposal button. It also includes a Keurig automatic coffee machine.

The dining and living room are in front of each other along the open space. The dining room is spacious for 6 people. Perfectly located for you to have an amazing view while dining.

The living room has a comfortable sofa tand chairs with a smartTV (cable included). The sofa is a sleeper sofa that turns into a queen bed if 8 people are staying (linens should be requested prior to arrival). Next to it are the sliding glass doors that lead you to a private balcony.

*BALCONY*

The most calm and unique place of this unit, where you're going to see the most stunning views of the sunrise at Lake Bryan from the 16th floor. Or just enjoy looking at the water sports. If you are lucky with the date, you might also see the space rocket launches from the East coast.

*LAUNDRY*

At the back of the kitchen there is a closet with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Magical Sunshine Properties provides each property with a small starter kit which includes:
- Two (2) rolls of toilet paper
- One (1) shampoo, one (1) conditioner, one (1) body wash, one (1) hand soap
- Two (2) trash bags for the bathroom
- One (1) roll of paper towel in the kitchen
- One (1) dishwasher detergent
- One (1) laundry detergent
- Two (2) trash bags for the kitchen
- Two (2) coffee pods, two (2) small water bottles.

Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
One (1) set of linens and towels per bedroom and bathroom are provided at the start of your stay.

* Pack and play / Stroller / High chair can be provided for your stay upon request prior to your arrival.

- Please be considerate with neighbors as this is an apartment building.
- The unit is fully equipped with pool towels. Be sure to return all items to the unit after use to avoid additional charges for lost items.
- As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property, or on the patio.
- No pets are allowed
- No parties are allowed
Facilities are managed by the resort and from time to time they do require maintenance. We apologize in advance if any of the facilities are under maintenance during your stay which is beyond our control.
